We begin with Initiation and an Initial Site Visit, followed by comprehensive Document Review and Analysis, and robust Document Control and Sharing. Our Project Management Plans, including Project Briefs, Service Delivery, and Communication Plans, ensure clear guidance and effective Stakeholder Management. We develop the Scope of Works, arrange site access for consultants, and advance through Design Development and Concept Designs. We handle DA Design, Pre-DA lodgement meetings, DA Submission, and CC Design. Our team manages Tender design, approval, distribution, addendums, collection, evaluation, and recommendation, culminating in thorough Contract Development and Execution (GC21/MW21 or client-preferred).

In the Execution stage, we ensure smooth project implementation through Start-Up Meetings and Site Establishment. We establish and regularly update schedules, manage Extensions of Time and Variations, and handle Requests for Information. Our team conducts on-site assessments of Progress Claims, updates Payment Certificates, and oversees Contract Administration. We perform Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) Inspections and provide Detailed Progress Reports. Progress Claims invoices and payment recommendations are managed efficiently, while Project Control Group Meetings, progress photos, and drone imagery keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process.

In the Monitoring & Control stage, we oversee Funding Deed administration and manage the Defects and Defect Liability Period. We handle Occupation Certificate processes and ensure thorough completion documentation and administration. Client Feedback is actively sought to inform continuous improvement, and we conduct a comprehensive Lessons Learned review to enhance future project performance.
