Roads to Home is a program designed to address long-standing infrastructure and servicing inequality experienced by discrete NSW Aboriginal communities. Substandard road conditions in communities restrict achieving subdivision and access to essential services. Infrastructure upgrades and subdivision enables improved land management and increased economic independence.
