About

Taronga Western Plains Zoo are attracting additional visitors and increasing capacity to save endangered species with their program of works aimed at developing a remarkable Serengeti themed Function Centre, Resort and animal Exhibit.

Project Management Deliverables

Ownership and responsibility for the overall co-ordination and maintenance of the Project Master Program
Monitor internal and external budgets and costs for entire $30M program of works including executive reporting
Safety, Quality and Environmental Management complying with TWPZ Management Plans
Contract administration (using specialised software SAP, ACONEX, MyPROJECTS) including Contract development, tendering life cycle, variations, RFIs and document tracking
Facilities are developed in accordance with all designs, standards, legislations and Acts relating to Exhibited Animals protection, building, safety and environment
