PROJECT OVERVIEW
About
Rural Fire Services regions around NSW have a need to build critical service structures to provide essential bases for their operations and security for their rural fleets. The aim of these projects is to redevelop the current and new sites to fit for purpose and current RFS requirements. RFS North West, Orana, New England, Dubbo and Liverpool Plains have currently engaged Lyons PM to carry out management of these works from initiation to completion.

Manage land acquisition
Construction of brigade headquarters and sheds (1-4 bays)
Ensure all facilities meet current BCA standards
Supply and Install bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities and septic systems
Supply and install security systems
Water and electricity supply
