About
DCJ provides a range of housing solutions for both the private rental market and Public Housing, Community Housing and Aboriginal Housing. Namoi House in Walgett is a 5 house complex with a redesign component.
Project Management Deliverables
Coordinate the redesign and development process including demolition of existing slabs
Coordination and chair of PCG, design and tender meetings
Safety, Quality and Environmental Management compliance
Contract administration and tendering life cycle
Negotiation and approval of construction program including verification of critical path
Undertaking regular site visits and coordinating inspections
Monitoring and managing contractor performance and resolving construction contract matters and providing recommendations to DCJ
