About

A local developer is extending his portfolio with the construction of Commercial Units. Project outcomes are to construct a 3 bay warehouse including wing wall extensions. All internal walls need to achieve a FRL as specified. All Units to contain Office/Reception areas, mezzanine and amenities. Carparking for 18 cars and turning space for vehicles under 12.5m.
