Project Management Deliverables

• Facilitate the design and development of construction in accordance with the Design and Construct Contract

• Coordination and chair of PCG, design and tender meetings

• Safety, Quality and Environmental Management compliance

• Contract administradtion and tendering life cycle

• Negotiation and approval of construction program including verification of critical path

• Undertaking regular site visits and coordinating inspections

• Monitoring and managing contractor performance and resolving construction contract matters and providing recommendations to AHO
